How to Shop at the Regenesis Holistic Resources Online Store

Shop By Category

Selecting any category on the left side of the web page will alphabetically display all products we carry pertaining to that category.

Shop By Brand

Selecting the “Shop by Brand” button will display a listing of all brands currently listed in our online store. Selecting any brand name from this list will display all products carried under that brand name. Please note that if we carry a brand name but not the product you desire in that brand, we will be happy to stock it for you.

Filter By Type

Selecting this button will give you listings of all products carried in various forms. i.e. liquid, powder, capsules, etc. The items will be displayed in alphabetical order.

How To Change Your Account Information

Customers may change, update or delete their profile information by visiting www.regenesis.ca and using their membership password to log in to their account.

Email Verification (Account Registration)

Regenesis Holistic Resources will automatically email all new accounts with a welcoming message, including verification of user passwords and user names. Also, customers are automatically emailed with a verification of purchase form each time a purchase is made. Out of respect for our customers’ privacy, all other email offerings provided by Regenesis Holistic Resources, and including periodic flyer specials, industry announcements and other pertinent health and nutritional supplement information are not sent to customers who have not checked the “Receive Email” box at time of registration.

Product Selection & Information

If we carry the name brand, but not the individual product you desire, please ask us and we will make every attempt to provide it to you.

If you require product information, you may email us at health@regenesis.ca, phone us at 250-339-7788, or fax us at 250-339-7021 and we will be happy to provide you with the information.

Payment Methods

Credit Card Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are in Canadian currencies and your account will be charged at time of shipment. Unfortunately we are unable to accept COD or cash orders. Regenesis Holistic resources uses 128-bit SSL encryption to maintain a secure environment.

Cheques & Money Orders

Cheques and money orders must be payable in Canadian funds and drawn on a Canadian bank. Returned cheques are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

Please allow approximately 3-5 days for your cheque or money order to clear the bank.

Fax or Mail Order

For customers who are uncomfortable using credit card information online, please fill out and print the online form and fax it to Regenesis at 250-339-7021, or mail it to us at Regenesis Holistic Resources, 1801 Comox Ave., Comox, B.C., V9M 3L9.

Price Changes

All Regenesis Holistic Resources online prices are subject to change without written notice. For telephone orders, prices will be confirmed at the time the order is placed. For orders received by mail, price changes will be confirmed before the order is shipped.
